In this session, Bill takes your organization through the innovation process and how to execute it so leadership has visibility into where the innovation is, when go and no-go decisions should be made, and how to build a sustainable culture that “owns” the innovation. Through team collaboration exercises, your team will leave with a set of innovation candidates and action plans to bring them to reality.
